M2000
Four Connections for Simultaneous Decoding
The M2000 Keyboard wedge decoder is AML's top decoder, with the ability to decode both barcode data as well as magnetic stripe reader data. The M2000 can connect to four different types of devices at the same time, including a 9-pin male serial connection for scanners, 5-pin DIN for wands, 8-pin DIN for magnetic stripe readers and 9-pin female RS-232. The M2000 takes undecoded data from any of these four sources, decodes it, and sends it to the computer via a Keyboard wedge interface. The AML M2000 comes with the decoder, Keyboard wedge cable, product manual and a setup menu.
